Been 4 times now and always good service for shellac.

Worst place I've ever had my nails done! Only went in for gels take off and on. Had my skin basically filed off with electric file. Left feeling like my toes on fire. The polish was slapped on a 2 year old could of painted them better. It took alot longer than it should have. Couldn't get the colour right. Waste of £49 and my time. AVOID

I've been to this salon twice for a simple gel manicure, the staff is friendly and they certainly do a lovely job with your nails. Unfortunately, I've been left sore around my cuticle area and with bleeding cuts. This has happened both times I've been to this place and with two different guys.

Have used Queen's Nails for 6 months now, shellac and acyrlic nails are A******. All staff are lovely and friendly. Nails last really well. Highly recommend!

Every time I have gone here I have been left with nasty cuts from the vigorous filing and tools. The tools are put on such a high setting that it burns your nails and cuts you. You don’t even get an apology when there is blood pouring from your nail! The nails are not symmetrical and you don’t even get money taken off when you are cut.(In response to your reply) my nails don’t need redoing they are ok except being a bit symmetrical I’m more upset about the nasty cuts I received as they are still sore a week later and I still payed full price

It was an exploration, £37 for an infill, and £40 for a foot spa. Maybe I look rich, workers asking personal questions “is my friend my girlfriend” “what am I doing here” boring! Wanting to know about my life. without professionalism.If the price is 7 pounds The person who served me charged me 10 pounds more.
