I was recommended to Paul at Silicon Bullet and was so grateful for the very professional help and advice he gave me when I had a problem with my home computer. He was extremely thorough in finding the problems and fixing them. He also ensured my giving my computer an MOT, that everything else worked as it should too.

Alison really helped me when I needed it most. As a freelancer working from home on my own I can sometimes get a bit stuck and don't have anyone to talk things through with. I can't tell you what a relief it is to know that I now have Alison on my side! She is so friendly and kind as well as knowledgeable and professional, I would hesitate to recommend her - especially if, like me, you are relatively new to the profession.

We found Paul recommended on our local village Facebook site. We had a major issue with a fairly new Acer laptop which refused to boot up after a Windows update, there was absolutely nothing we could do to solve the issue ourselves. We contacted Paul and arranged to drop of the computer to him, he not only fixed the issue but updated it to Windows 11 and changed the system to speed up the computer. It was all done in a couple of hours. Excellent service and a very pleasant experience.

Paul helped me by getting me back on my MacBook Air after my son decided to download the new IOS for it and left me with nothing! In just over an hour he had done all the necessary work and showed me how to use it. Then after I tried to get onto an app I needed for work, and was told the devise was not compatible (too old) he went the extra mile by finding out how I could do this without having to buy an upgraded model - contacted the provider in the UK for information. As a micro business any sort of laptop malfunction is a disaster - if my laptop isn't working I can't earn money! When my battery completely failed I reached out to social media in a total panic for a local tech super hero and was flooded with recommendations for Paul.
