Excellent service from John and Stephen. They didn't have used car I was looking for but found me one elsewhere, arranged for it to delivered to Newtownabbey. Test drove car and deal done. Car valeted and serviced and took delivery all within 5 days. Easy, friendly staff to deal with.

Great service, from the minute I walked into Kia Newtownabbey until I drove away with my new car. James Bacon made me feel welcomed and at ease when picking and purchasing my car! I’m quite indecisive, so I was feeling very over whelmed of how many cars I had already looked at and the many options I had when purchasing a car and James just remained patient and respectful throughout the entire service. Having been on the lookout for a Kia Proceed for a few months, I was set on purchasing from another dealer.
