We visited just after New Year, just as the newly refurbished store had opened - great selection, great advice, and really helpful people - Matt was very knowledgeable. We ordered a great LVT product and it was ready for us to collect in less than a week. Fitted well and looks great, thanks very much!

Excellent Advice and Service from Matt at Floor Giants - Eastleigh - Southampton.Matt is very Professional, knowledgeable and was a great assistance to us in selecting and pricing of the vinyl flooring for our lining room and dinning room upgrade.We chose Brampton Chase" "Natural Oak" with the wider planks (9 inches) and integral underlay. We purchased 40 sqm and we ordered really late but Matt did a great job in getting our delivery in time to meet our schedule.Brampton Chase-Natural Oak planks have variable coloured planks in each box

Amazing service from the second we walked in! Matt (I think that is who we spoke to) was a flooring guru and helped us pick an amazing floor we wouldn't have otherwise looked at. We were blown away by the great service and impressive knowledge and will definitely be back when the rest of the house is ready .

My husband and I visited the store last weekend. We had been seeking advice about a new kitchen floor and visited many showrooms without success.We were so impressed by Matt's knowledge, helpfulness and willingness to listen- it was the first time I felt confident that my questions were being answered by someone who knew what they were talking about! We were able to take samples home and returned a few days later to make an order at a very good price.We would thoroughly recommend this business.
