We've been using VMS for about 3 years now and they are just so much better than the big company we were with - more affordable, quick to respond, clear about charges, considerate about our circumstances, and most importantly they always get the lift fixed!

Brilliant company. I am a lift enthusiast and when I emailed them asking if there is any spares they wouldn’t mind passing on to me and they were very kind and sent me a big box full of lift components. They also invited me to a tour around their centre where I got to see their warehouse, their offices and they gave me even more parts! Such a generous company.
