Mimi is a gifted teacher - I have taken Mimi's qigong classes for over a decade and it has been a decade of joyful discovery. Mimi is more than a teacher - she is a consummate guide and she guides her students into 'feeling' into their own embodiment. Mimi's classes are enriching, uplifting and fun. As a teacher Mimi is imaginative and precise. I recommend her wholeheartedly.

I’m very grateful to my friend who recommended Aaron to me. I’d been exploring ways (many!) to try improving sleep which had dropped away, as it does for so many women experiencing menopause. Acupuncture has helped hugely with sleep but I also feel different in the balance of my overall energy levels. I’d been experiencing short periods of total exhaustion for a couple of years and really struggling to come out of this swinging pattern. I find treatments with Aaron really relaxed and sensitive, both in terms of Aaron’s gentle approach but also in the shared process of finding what my body is experiencing and what will benefit. It feels remarkably collaborative and like an opportunity to do something deeply restoring.I found both Oxford and Stonesfield treatment spaces easeful.

Mimi teaches in a way that deepens your practice whether you are a complete beginner or and experienced student. Her classes are inclusive and her wisdom and passion for qigong are palpable.I have been going to Mimi's classes for around 6-7 years now, and still each time I take her classes I come out with refreshed enthusiasm and love for these potent practices that she leads with clarity and accessibility.
