I must have been fortunate no way am I knocking them by that remark but 10.45 my car's stop start battery had failed me by 11.25 I was on my way with a new battery fitted ...not straight forward on a Kuga. Well done mate thanks a million.

Lewis really was my hero of the day!! - Saving a “damsel in distress!”’Lewis arrived so Friendly, knowledgeable, and above all optimistic and reassuring. Lewis didn’t mind talking me through what he was doing and what all his gadget boxes were for , he was positive & confident (much more so than I was)!! Ultimately Lewis worked his magic and got me back on the road in no time at all. Such a nice guy- really put me at ease and - Lewis you really saved my day !! It was also a pleasure to deal with such a great guy!! Thankyou

Tried to start car this morning, car wouldn’t start and key stuck in ignition. A quick tap on the Green Flag app and who should appear ‘Toby GF10’. There was a problem with our battery which Toby sorted. Whilst here Toby checked our tyres and found three were racking. Car hasn’t been used much since lockdown. We were advised that we should shop around for replacements but we asked Toby to arrange and hopefully this will be done tomorrow. Excellent service all round.

Lewis provided an exceptional service when my car would not start. He kept me informed and quickly identified the issue. He shared his knowledge and gave me information so I could make an informed choice. I was quickly back on the road and have trust in my vehicle.

Called out through Green flag. I ended up having a faulty battery. I agreed to drive to euro car parts to get a replacement. I stated to the mechanic would it be better if I purchased the battery myself but was told 'No, it's cheaper if I get it and charge through our account'. I paid £147 for a battery which I later discovered online at euro car arts for £101.99 with free fitting. I tried to argue the case but very rude people stood there ground and said I entered an agreement with them.Horrid service, I will switch from Green Flag to AA so I don't have to deal with these people again.

Westbourne motors recovered my daughter's electric car on a Sunday when it had run out of charge. The recovery driver took extra care to move the car in the most cost-effective way. He arrived on time as arranged and was very helpful and professional. I would thoroughly recommend Westbourne motors.

Technician had no idea and called his manager three times. Made things worse my car had more problems than when they came out under Green Flag. Said they needed to recover back to their depot so they could do diagnostics on it. Their telephone manner stucked, they had no idea either than it was electrical but they dont deal with that. I asked if they could recommend anyone only to be told it's my problem I need to find a garage myself and they could quote to recover my car to that garage or I call my other breakdown recovery again to deal with it.

Scott came to my rescue last night when I wrecked a wheel hitting a pothole. Unable to change the wheel, he took me to the local garage so my car was ready for repair there this morning. Really friendly and helpful and arrived within 15 minutes of my call. Thank you for a great service!

Booked a mobile mechanic for an oil service on a Friday. Was told the mechanic would be at my home address between 10am and 5pm. By 1.30pm, had not heard anything, so called their Fontwell depot & also main number 10 times between 1.30pm and 4.00pm. No answer. Mechanic finally called at 16 30 from a private numbert to say that he had run out of time and he would do it tomorrow. Arranged to meet him in Fontwell at 9am. No show. He eventually turned up at my house, then said that the quoted price was wrong. Avoid.
