Great service nice guitars. Wish they'd stock Epiphone guitars but hey their selection is pretty good! Plenty of Gretschs, Jacksons, Fenders and more. (Here's a picture of my Jackson that I bought a couple months back)

I recently purchased a Fender Precision Bass from The Music Shop. The whole process ran smoothly from payment to the bass's arrival. Leyton from the shop gave me a call prior to despatching the instrument to let me know that he had changed the strings and set it up properly. The bass arrived very well packaged and when unboxed, it played perfectly. I took it to my band rehearsal last night and it sounded awesome and was a dream to play. I am extremely pleased and wholeheartedly recommend The Music Shop, as the service I have received was second to none.

The Music Shop is without a doubt the best around. You’ll struggle to find a place with better customer service and knowledge in their field. Always going above and beyond with any issues I’ve had over the years, whether it’s helping me to find faults with any gear, giving impartial advice or sourcing any instruments and parts.I would happily recommend the shop to anyone at any level of experience, both seasoned musicians or those just starting out!I’ve attached a photo of one of the many purchases from the shop over the years, a Squire 40th Anniversary bass that always returns to whenever it needs a bit of TLC from the team.

I recently ordered an electric guitar from The Music Shop - for what I thought was an extremely competitive price.Later I was called by the owner and he personally consulted me on the specifics of the delivery, as well as other personal touches on the guitar I was looking for. I was very taken aback and super happy with the pleasant service - enough to immediately write a review!Will definitely be back for all things musical and otherwise - it's a real shame I don't live in South Wales as they seem brilliant!

Very friendly and extremely helpful. Brought my neglected guitar back to life! Had a new set of strings, they restrung and cleaned & oiled for me for a very affordable price. 10/10 recommend!!!

Wonderful shop and so accommodating. Great advice alongside a great selection of items. The owner goes out of his way to make sure you're happy with your purchases and he seems to be the go-to person for anyone who plays an instrument in Neath! Would definitely recommend.

The Music Shop is the best place around for knowledge and customer service, and they have some lovely stuff in stock to boot! I bought a Gretsch resonator from there recently, and I always pick up my cables/strings/picks there too.I take my guitars to Leyton when they need a bit of TLC. His service of restring and cleaning them is really good value and makes your guitar feel brand new again.Do not hesitate - check out The Music Shop!

Brilliant service.Been trying to track down a specific set of bass strings and found them here.Placed an order online at 350pm on a Saturday afternoon, minutes later got a call to confirm some details from Leyton (I think). They got the bass strings in the post the same day!Arrives quickly (even with postal challenges) and comes with a hand written thank you note and some little goodies too.Outstanding stuff.New strings now on... let's bring some thunder.
