After failing to get a timely appointment with some of the popular local carpet cleaners, we decided to go with Israel based on his Google reviews and must say we were not disappointed. He was extremely responsive, adequately managed our expectations and went beyond our imagination to restore a carpet we had given up on. Few confusions around the booking was swiftly resolved with an overall good deal for the service provided. His professionalism and promptness truly deserves a five star rating. I hope he took the before and after photos of our carpet :)

I have had Isreal clean my carpets twice now and both times have been to an amazing standard! Our carpet looked as if it was brand new once they were cleaned. He managed to get out a lot of stains which has been so helpful especially having 2 young children. I wouldn’t have anyone else clean my carpets from now on. Thanks again for a fantastic service :)

I recently had a carpet odour for a fortnight due to a previous tenant, I had looked at other companies before that but none of them could help me with the carpet odour, I did a long research online and finally chose this company, Israel was very professional, he helped me to control the carpet odour and gave me a lot of advice, he was very polite and gentlemanly, I recommend this company 100%!

Hello! I've just got my lamb faux fur rug cleaned by this company, they did a wonderful job. Israel drove to my area and picked it up in a convenient time for me and dropped it off a few days later. I paid afterwards there were no need for deposit or paying upfront which felt nice having given the trust as a new client. It's rare and I value that a lot. Israel was kind and polite. I definitely will use their services in the future if I'm in a need of carpet/rug cleaning. Deserve 5 stars for sure!!

Great service from Israel - he got there within a couple of hours and managed to remove a water / detergent stain from us trying to fix an oil spill ourselves (we only made it worse!). Very impressed.
