Disappointed. So it turned out the image provided may not have been quite as high resolution as would have been preferred. Sadly this information was never given to me. So the quality of the actual product is poor. Add to that, some 'bleeding' between colours, along with a very dodgy touch-up of the black and overall the item sent is a massive disappointment.They did offer to replace it, but sometimes it's better to just walk away.I did laugh that he seemed to imply it was pretty much my fault, not his for the quality checking.

Quickest turn around I’ve ever had with anything. Got an event on the 14th and within 48 hours they managed to get the design in production and sent out to me. I don’t usually write Google reviews but had to for this. Thank you Danny and the team for all your help. Will definitely be using them for my next event.

Excellent service all round. Any questions about my design were answered quickly. The website was super easy to navigate, upload art work and place my order. I was kept up to date with the production process and the turn around and delivery time were exactly as stated. The quality of the banners was very good and the price competitive. I’m very pleased and would have no hesitation in recommending Essex Banners and using them again. The only thing that could have made the experience better would be a way to tell the courier what to do if no one is home. I was at work when they tried to deliver and so he was taking them back to the depot where I would have had to collect the next day. However when I phoned the courier in a panic the delivery driver came by on his way back and delivered them for me- great service. Thank you!
