Actually unbelievable service and such a nice man. He kept in touch, was approachable and nothing was too much. He kept to the deadline he set and also did other work that I asked for within that timeline. Also never over charged for the small extras I asked for. Absolutely a five star service. I would recommend wholeheartedly.

I got in touch with Rob because our upvc windows were becoming a real issue letting in droughts, difficult to close as they were out of line and we weren’t able to lock them. Rob was very quick to respond and after an initial visit he gave us a price for all of the work. Rob even popped over to complete an emergency fix on the kitchen window whilst we waited for the parts. We had multiple hinges, locking mechanisms and handles at a very reasonable price. Saved us a fortune by renewing parts on perfectly sound double gazing. Highly professional and great at his job!

Realised this am that our front door wasn't shutting and the door opening was bent. Called Rob who came within 20 minutes and he fixed the internal workings of the door and replaced the lock with 3 spare keys. Price was reasonable and we can go about our day knowing the door is fixed. Such a quick response time and excellent job. All sorted within an hour and a half of calling him. I rang Rob as I had a leak coming through my living room window and a large draught through one of my bedroom windows. He was very prompt, friendly and he is very honest. He has solved the problem of the draughty window and has sealed gaps for me above my porch roof and the upstairs sills and rendering and gone out of his way to help. I asked him about replacing the bedroom and bathroom windows but he advised me that they are both in good condition, this is honesty at its highest level. I will definitely be using Rob again and would encourage anyone with double glazing issues to contact him, as he is professional, prompt, honest and is work is of a very high standard. Caught in a pinch with a broken and awkward window, Rob was excellent at finding the right replacment glass was able to fit it sooner than expected and left the place looking excellent (and cleaned the window next to it for us!). Highly reccomended and would 100% use again of needed.

Rob responded quickly, captured all of the necessary information and ordered the unit to replace our broken Velux window. Despite the dodgy weather he than managed to pull in the repair before Xmas by carrying out the repair on Xmas Eve. Efficient, friendly and professional service. Excellent.
