Overcharged me, took too long and stole my wallet!Took my Leaf in to get a Dash cam fitted, not only was the price charged higher than stated on other documentation, but it took an hour longer than quoted. Not much in the grand scheme of things but it did nearly make me late for work. But that pails into insignificance compared to the fact that my wallet was accidentally left in the car, stupid of me I admit, but when I went to collect the car it was gone, and the following day my whoever stole it tried to empty my account.Disgrace of a company, should have known better going to a garage in Ilkeston. Will actively seek to avoid in future.

Just picked up our new X Trail E power . The hubby and I had an appointment here today (05-09-23) with a lovely gentleman, Matthew. He was very helpful and informative about the qashqai we have ordered and we do not have any negative comments at all. The dealership is very professional whilst providing a relaxing environment with no aggressive sales patter. We were offered a variety or drinks whilst we went through the process and thought it was a lovely touch. I can't recommend this place enough. If you're in need of a new vehicle this is the place fo visit!

Me and my partner went in unexpectedly just for a look we needed a new car because ours needed to go to the scrap yard. But then we ended up leaving and we had bought an Nissan X-trail haha. I took my Hyundai to Nissan Ilkeston despite it being a Nissan centre. When I visited the Hyundai service website, it listed your centre as a Service Centre for Hyundai. That been said, Thank you for accommodating my needs. I just want to point out that the vehicle health check should come first before the MOT; not the other way round. It gives the car owner the opportunity to fix little things like registration bulb inoperative". Thank you for the quick service and the "smelly"."

We went over to Bristol Street Motors Nissan Ilkeston to test drive a Peugeot 308, however, although the car was lovely it was not right for us, the sales representative, Ben Massey, was lovely, suggesting other cars which might be suitable for our situation, taking us for a test drive in each one. When we found the car we liked, albeit not the right colour because of a family superstition of dark green, he took the time to source the right colour from another area. He arranged for the car to be brought down from Durham a few days later for us to view and test drive, it was beautiful and just the right car for us and our requirements, (one lady with 2 elderly and disabled relatives). When we were ready to collect the car, as we were part-exchanging two cars, due to my mum giving up her driving and feeling anxious about driving all the way from Derby to Ilkeston he went above and beyond by collecting mum’s car from her home address. His kindness, compassion and respect given was second to none and made the whole experience of buying our lovely car most enjoyable and stress-free from start to finish. He even assisted me with setting up my phone via Bluetooth and called us after the weekend to see how things were going.
