I rang and asked if they could disconnect and install a new cooker as the supplier hadn't done this for us. They came couldn't find any reason why it couldn't be fitted. Checked all the right wiring was in place and that nothing needed replacing. Then removed the old under-counter cooker and installed the new one. Very helpful and courteous.
