Excellent and extremely patient service provided by Jemma, who could not have been more helpful. A great range of luggage to choose from and very competitively priced, especially with the Outlet Discount.I would highly recommend the store and all the staff.

Visited the Samsonite store in York's designer centre today to find a waterproof rucksack for my son to use for college. We were greeted & advised by a really pleasant & knowledgeable young man called Tomas, who found just what we wanted. He was really helpful but not pushy. We had a good experience & bought the bag.Very pleased.

Called in the York Designer Outlet store today and was served by Brontë, she was brilliant showed us different cases and advised on our particular needs.Came out withe the 2 most expensive but brilliant service.

Huge thank you to Charlotte and her lovely colleagues at the Samsonite store in York on Thursday! Very pleased to have walked away with a suitcase I can have full confidence in after my last one finally gave up after 10 years on the road. We were especially grateful for Charlotte's kindness and faultless professionalism in helping us find what we needed. Cannot recommend enough - so much so we came back for another for a family member two days later!
