Bought a phone, it was broken, tried to return within day and had it replaced. Replacement was broken. The CeX staff unable to give me refund and instead gave me a receipt according to their returns policy. Waste of my £120 pounds and time within a week. Staff were not flexibleStaff are generally friendly and this was a matter of the CeX returns policy.

I can't fault this Cex.Service was unbelievably quick for a Cex. Didn't have to wait long to purchase my item.Had the usual bad whiff I've come to expect from most of their shops as they buy a lot of stolen items from drug addicts.

Good store with quality fairly used tech items... including computers of the best brand. I was happy with what I bought (I am not going to disclose what it is). Oh one point to note- one of the staff forgot to sign off, but when I went back to the store for the 3rd time, they did. Generally they were helpful
