Anasa - Reformer Pilates
I have been training for a few months and the body transformation is very evident. Enjoyable and challenging sessions taught by 2 very qualified and personal Pilates instructors. Professional and welcoming setting with modern facilities. I highly recommend George and Margarita's Anasa Pilates.

Anasa - Reformer Pilates
Beautiful studio, there's nothing like it in the local area. It might be odd to say but it smells amazing! The lighting and decor makes you feel zen but energised to work hard.Fantastic all over body workout for all abilities.George and Margarita are fantastic instructors. They make you feel so welcome and really pay attention to technique. I actually look forward to going every time!

Anasa - Reformer Pilates
I can’t recommend Anasa Reformer Pilates highly enough! When I started I had back and knee pains and they have virtually disappeared now. I have never enjoyed the gym but I really look forward to these classes. Margarita and George make them such fun and I feel energised for the rest of the day. No matter your age or level of fitness everyone can enjoy and benefit from these classes.

Anasa - Reformer Pilates
I am loving this exercise class. The venue is convenient and parking is easy, the rooms are spotless, warm and smell delicious. The team were so welcoming and facilitating- they managed to make me feel instantly part of the group and were very understanding of my physical limitations. I already feel more flexible and upright and am really looking forward to the next session.

Anasa - Reformer Pilates
I had my first ever Pilates class today and was a little bit unsure about what to expect as the contraptions look quite complex, if a little torture like! However, I should not have been worried. I felt completely supported by the bed and Margerita who is an absolute expert at putting you at ease. It was just the right pace for a beginner as you can adapt to suit the level you are at. A really welcoming, calm space and I can’t wait to go again!
