I made a cash offer with conplition very fast and no survey a month ago with this agency (branch in borough green) they are very bad in communicating with customers they just will not bother in letting you know what was going on.i was very patience in waiting and was told they were going to wait for the monday coming so we could made a best and final offer but never happened!never told me they sold it without a chance to increase it i had to call after days of not hearing from them.Very unprofessional on the buyer but for sure on the seller also who would have had a chance to get more money!!
