Fantastic service - we really struggled to find someone to come out to us especially on a bank holiday. We came across Ross and we cannot fault him or his service. Stayed for over 2 hours to try and find the exact issue when other companies would have just walked away. We honestly can’t recommend him enough and will definitely be using him for the foreseeable future!

Thanks to Ross for a last minute call out to some issues with my car. Came out to me at short notice and it was very convenient for me as I didn’t even have to leave my driveway. Had other quotes and he was very competitive with local garages.

Ross had come out to help twice now, and first was at very last minute too! Both vehicles decided to brake their callipers amongst another bits and bobs and Ross was efficient in fixing the problem and also sourcing the parts needed. Had the a/c condenser on my Mondeo replaced by Ross , and also oil and filter changed , excellent service and all done while I was on holiday.

I recently had cause to call out Ross on two occasions. Once for a noise at the front of my wife's Peugeot which was very quickly diagnosed as a front spring failure. Included with this diagnostic was a full check of the vehicle prior to the MOT which was due shortly. A list of potential MOT issues was provided along with advice on the best course of action.Following this I booked Ross for a full service on my Kia Cee'd. not only did he visit to verify that the correct parts were ordered but also performed a very thorough diagnostic of all aspects of teh car. This identified a number of other issues such as rear brake caliper dust cover failure and also a very work auxilliary belt.These repairs were duly booked in, at a time convenient to myself, and carried out in a very professional and thorough manner. I had to feel sorry for Ross as my house had little shelter and the rain and wind were of almost biblical proportions but this did not stop him carrying out the repairs.Excellent service, brilliant responsiveness, great communication and extremely competitive rates.

Ross is a legend, came out to me at 10pm did a grand job of diagnosing a faulty injector he had a great set up with good up to date diagnostic tools all round very happy thanks!
