Tom offers a very professional service. He automated our existing gates at a very competitive rate. The work was carried out quickly and efficiently; even in the pouring rain! It is alsogreat that Tom is on hand to offer us annual inspections and servicing. We would definitely recommend Lucas Automated Access.

From start to end, Tom provided a 5-star service, with regular comms, explaining our options and always kept to time.Ours was a bit of tricky job but didn't phase Tom at all and he worked well with other contractors on site to ensure that we were provided with an excellent outcome.He's a really nice guy as well - highly recommended!

Tom came to repair our gate, new parts were no longer available but he managed to find a second hand replacement which saved me hundreds of pounds. Brought it the following day and fitted it. Cannot recommend too highly.

I was surprised by the very quick response to my enquiry and the faults with my electric gate, which required new parts, was rectified in short order. It's satisfying to find an engineer who knows his business. Excellent service.
