Teddington Pilates Studio

Teddington Pilates studio is a reformer Pilates studio led by experienced Pilates teachers. There are group classes (up to 4 students for 1 teacher) as well as individual classes.I have been attending classes weekly for the past couple of years and have been impressed with the quality of the teachers as well as the studio itself.Attending classes at the Teddington Pilates studio has significantly improved my core which in turn has reduced my back pain. When I miss my weekly class, I notice the effect immediately on my back.Highly recommended to anyone!

The best instructors and equipment you could wish for and the most relaxing environment to work out in. Close supervision and personalised workouts mean that time is spent effectively and safely. It is also surely one of the most hygienic and Covid compliant Pilates studios to exist with ozone sterilisation used in addition to normal safety protocols. Can't recommend Johnny and his team enough.

Fantastic place! Johnny is amazing and has helped me so much. He really gets my individual needs and works in a focussed way. The studio is wonderful with great equipment and light and airy.I have been going follwoing back surgery back surgery and several years of various injuries.I cannot recommend more highly.
