Yoga with Saffron

I've been practising yoga with Saffron for around 9 months on a weekly basis. My core strength has improved so much in this time. Saffron puts a lot of thought and prep into her yoga classes and is a great teacher, very patient and friendly. She always gives alternative options for poses, so everyone can feel included and the enjoyment and comfort of her students is clearly very important to her. Most of all, the classes are fun and I feel like I've had a good workout afterwards. By far the best yoga class I've ever been to, which is why I keep going back for more!

Saffron was absolutely 5 star , encouraging helpful and able to explain everything to a complete novice . Very understanding of any issues you may have .

Saffron is not only a great yoga teacher, but also a lovely person, who genuinely cares about her students. I'd never done yoga before and she is patient and thoughtful. I came away from all of her classes feeling great and with the inspiration to continue including yoga in my daily life as far as possible..

I am very inflexible with terrible posture and balance. Or so I have always believed. Yoga with Saffron is really helping me to gently learn what I am actually capable of. Saffron is a lovely person and an excellent teacher. She skillfully talks you through each breath and movement, allowing you to find your right level, whatever that is. I feel supported and encouraged at every step. I really enjoy the dreamy 08:30 ease in to your day class but the 09:10 up and on it class, feels like a proper achievement, starts my day off feeling really positive. The zoom classes work well and are very reasonably priced.Thanks Saff - see you next week!

I had the pleasure of participating in Saffron's classes at Amchara in March and it was an amazing experience. I am not bendy at all but with Saffron's patience, guidance and alternative moves, I have improved my flexibility, mobility and strength. I would highly recommend her classes. We just enjoyed a retreat at Amchara with Saffron and had the perfect bookends of two classes a day with her. Saffron is a kind, intuitive and skilled teacher who adapts beautifully to her audience with clear explanations, thoughtful personalisation and wise words. We are going to miss her! Saffron is an inspirational yoga teacher who clearly loves her job. I enjoyed all of her classes and would love to do more. She's quirky and unique which is why the classes were so good !
