After liasing with the customer service team Aqil over phone and txt messaging - We visited the store and received help and advice off him in obtaining the right carpet and Laminate for us. Aqil raised a quote which was fairly priced and readily accepted as he ensured to beat any other quotes as advertised. He did not push expensive carpets just the best ones for our situation. He arranged for the fitters to attend our home asap and were given a suitable date and time with no more than a days wait, when the fitters arrived both the Carpet and Laminate fitters were friendly and just as kind as Aqil and professional, they advised on how the pattern would work and why for the laminate, they kindly worked around my bedframe as my home is small, cleaned after themselves and remained in a professional manner throughout their visit. They arrived both days on time, with their job well done my neighbour has also now invested in new carpet and i will continue to recommend them for their friendly professional service. A big thankyou from my family and I to Aqil and the 4 fitters gentlemen that attended my home. Aqil couldn't be more helpful in helping us choose the best range of carpet, laminate and underlay for our budget. Highly recommend this store.

Upon arrival A Very helpful young man sorted us out with laminate and a good price! My garage floor wasn't the easiest of floors to work with, however I was very please with end results and especially the finishing,

CFC carpets have been amazing! From the start Aqil's customer service was so helpful and he was able to cater for our budget and needs. The measuring, purchase was easy and the fitting of our carpets and kitchen flooring was of an excellent standard. I would definitely recommend CFC carpets and furniture and will return, if we need further flooring or blinds in the future.
