Wordsworth House Care Home

It was okay

Wordsworth House cares for my grandparents and does a great job of it. Although it is very hot inside and there is no option to adjust the temperature, the people who work there are lovely, kind and thoughtful. Definetly one of the better care homes in Newcastle.

I spent some time recovering from broken ankle.I was well looked after by cheery and efficient staff. The mood in the dining room was pleasant and helpfulto some very helpless patients.

My grandmother is very happy and comfortable here.

Can I say my wife Margaret Marshall received the best care any patient could get from a.Nursing home I used to visit her twice a day 7 days a week and she was well looked afterEvery time I was there the nursing staff were so kind and considerate knowing my wifeWas Dying there was times I could not keep the Tears back as I sat with herHolding her hand knowing I could get a phone call at any time night or dayLisa and her staff do a wonderful job Ps hope all the flowers all came out what I planted
