I contacted this company on a Friday evening for advice on which test kits I needed to purchase to make the house I was working in safer. The atmosphere was very damp and I was coughing every time I entered the building. The very next morning, a Saturday morning, I was very grateful to receive a phone call from John Wilton-Davies. He asked for a description of what the conditions were, he was unhurried in answering my questions and explaining how to proceed. He wasn't pushing to sell me anything but so very clear in helping me understand how best to work in the environment and in helping me understand why the environment was affecting me. The job is almost finished now and I am indebted to Plainair for their help and advice in making a safer working environment. I Highly recommend them.Thank you so much.

First class! I purchased a Blueair 411 air purifier. John helped me with my purchase from start to finish. Service was fast and efficient and the air purifier is just what I wanted. I highly recommend Plain Air for its product quality and brilliant customer service.

With Plain Air I’ve installed a filter in my car which makes a clear improvement in the quality of my in-car environment. On long journeys the air in my car is noticeably fresher regardless of how much traffic I’m driving along side. This makes for an easier and safer drive.

John was really supportive and patient through the whole process. We have learnt a lot from his professional knowledge about air quality. Due to the mistake made by the courier, our air sample was lost but John did his best trying to locate it. Although it was unsuccessful in the end, John has issued me the full refund despites me having advised him that he could deduct whatever costs incurred from his end.
