Close West Didsbury

Booked in with Andy via their website after chatting on Facebook, process was very easy! Brilliant hair cut, exactly what I asked for, good chat and seemed to be very knowledgeable about the job. Great room even with it's own pool table, guitar and beer fridge stocked up!

Absolutely Crackin' Barbers! Followed these guys all the way from the city centre to their new shop in West Didsbury. Good with a variety of lengths and styles and have been caring for my bonnet from its infancy as a short back and sides into all its shoulder length glory. Good for a bit of aftercare and styling advice, brilliant patter and a lovely atmosphere. It's nice to be able to sit down in a barbers chair and not be restricted to only talking about the football (top tip - if you're interested in tabletop RPG's I hear Luke is a seasoned veteran who's ear you can bend!)

Cool place to have a hair cut. The shops nice and chilled out with comfy sofas to sit on if you're waiting.Both Luke and Andy are good to have a chat with while you're having your hair cut.What I like most is being able to book an appointment online rather than having to turn up and wait. Availability is normally pretty good as well!All in, well recommend.

I used Luke when he was based in the Northern Quarter branch, then followed him to the Chorlton branch and now in Didsbury. I always get an awesome cut that lasts as it grows out and honestly wouldn't go anywhere else now. Super affordable for the high quality of his work. Would always recommend.

Grown my hair over lock down, And wanted good advice, Someone that knows what there doing not just short back and sides. Been there twice now and they have alway been professional helpful and friendly. Plus there is a pool table which I've not gotten my hands on yet.

I have been having my haircut with Close for 3 years now (specifically Luke, the owner at Didsbury) never had a more professional or friendly barber before. And with regards to quality it's the only barbers I've walked out of the door from not needing to mess with me hair. Well worth your money to go here.

Had never visited before, but was able to book and get a same day appointment in an hours time to see Sam which was fab! I went to get my sides and back shaped/shaved and a little off the top for growing my curly hair into a mullet. He was super friendly and knowledgable and I had a great experience. Normally I feel very out of place in male hair spaces, but this wasn’t the case at all at Close - Didsbury. I was given info re maintenance, my hair type and products and had check-ins throughout on what I wanted. A* experience will definitely be returning for maintenance cuts as my mullet grows, and will tell all my pals about this space! Thanks so much Sam!

Really pleased with my hair cut from Alex. He took the time to understand what I wanted and the nuances of my hair before starting to cut it, the result is well worth the price
