James did a lovely job restoring our parquet flooring from a damaged state, to one which shows lots of lovely colour, had the perfect amount of durability and matt finish and has brightened our hallway, dining room and sitting room. He was punctual and friendly, and very trustworthy. Thank you!

We used James to refurbish our existing oak floor. James was happy to provide numerous samples to assist in our final choice. We went away for the week while the work was completed. The finish was outstanding and really changed the look of the entire ground floor of the house. Would definitely recommend using on any type of wood floor project.

James has just fitted Kardeans Korlock in my kitchen. The floor wasn't the best so needed to be levelled too. James has completed an excellent job, its really made the kitchen look bigger and its definitely warmer. James fitted a new wood floor in my hallway. He did a wonderful job and would recommend to anyone. very polite and reliable fitter.

We took a carpet up that came with the house when we were decorating to find original floorboards in an okay" state. We thought we would sand them back and varnish. A friend recommended James however and we couldn't have been more fortunate.A messy job which would have taken us weeks with us both working was done in days.James liaised with the guy fitting a new fireplace to make sure the floor could be finished expertly against the hearth. ALL boards that had been cut to fit central heating and wiring in our 1930s house were seamlessly replaced. ALL the gnarly old DIY screws were removed and replaced with punched in nails. Everything then sanded back several times to ensure all boards completely uniform and level. Three coats of lacquer and we have a beautiful floor better than we could possibly have hoped for and certainly better than we would have done ourselves.WE ARE DELIGHTED- the whole family love sitting in this room now.Can't thank you enough James!"

James is very professional and very organised. He did the laminate flooring of our living/dinning room and it looks lovely. He was very fair with the pricing and also very honest in terms of what was needed. We'd have him again and again for wood/laminate floor solutions. Needles to say we highly recommend him!
