I had never visited this barbers before so didn’t knowthe pricing structure. I was charged £18which was a haircut (with shampoo) and I didn’t have a shampoo!and £2 for a nose wax which in any other Turkish barber is complementary. In the chair less than 15mins. £20. If you go in check the price before hand. My error. Wont be back.

The barber was super impatient when I told him to trim a little more from the sides. There maybe some miscommunication between the barber and I, but that's not the excuse for his truly unprofessional behavior. The hair on the back of my head is not even in length from left to right. I'm fully aware that the barber is capable of giving a good haircut as he did with the customer before me, but his chose not to control his temper. I felt disappointed and frustrated for a barber shop with such high rating on Google.

I’m not happy with their service bcz of their impolite attitude.overcharging and not responding politely.-He didn’t clean my head properly- I asked no1 skin fade but the result is not skin fade ( worse ever hair cut I’ve ever had)-i used to pay £18 include hair wash but they didn’t wash and when asked why you overcharged me , he did say any word.Now, I’m going somewhere else to have hair cut again

I had paid 8£ for a haircut in other barber and I was happy, but now I'm very happy with my haircut. 12 £ well spent. I'll definitely come back again. Thanks for giving me the look just how I wanted, with professionalism and good attitude. Great service.
