As a building company we have completed various projects with Joe and his team. They come up with great ideas and the finished project is always fantastic. Very happy customer. Would recommend without hesitation!I first met with Joe regarding a 2nd floor dormer extension, which I’d had in mind for a couple of years. Joe came out to see me on a no obligation basis, explained the process, and gave same really helpful and straightforward advice.We agreed a price for the designs, thrashed a few ideas around via email and eventually settled on a final design.From the off I found Joe and his team to be extremely professional, courteous and knowledgeable. All questions were replied to promptly and nothing seemed too much trouble.The final drawings were very impressive and were accompanied by an extremely thorough (12 page) schedule of works which left nothing to chance. He even provided invaluable advice about my statutory obligations (complying with the party wall act - that as a lay person I had no idea about).Joe brought the entire project to life from my initial rough idea through to a detailed set of drawings that I was able to put out to tender.He recommended a structural engineer, building inspector and even gave me a list of builders that he’d vetted and worked with in the past to quote for the works.In short, he made the entire process simple and straightforward and I am extremely happy with the end result now all the work has been completed.Joe will be top of my list for any future projects that I have and I would have no hesitation in recommending him to my friends and family.

Clayton Architecture Limited have managed our two story side house extension project through to the start of the building phase. This started with a visit from which Joe transformed our initial thoughts into a plan which was submitted for planning approval.Once this was approved, Clayton Architecture then organised site survey, plans, structural calculations, building control and produced a comprehensive specification which we used for quotes.The project is now finished and we are delighted with the results. The detail and planning specification which Clayton Architecture produced for us was invaluable for the builders who knew exactly what our requirements are.The whole process from idea to build is complicated and we are so grateful to Joe and his colleagues who helped us through this process and have taken our dreams and turned them into reality.I would highly recommend Clayton Architecture.

Joe and his team helped us to completely renovate our cellar into an open plan space complete with bar and walk-on glass to the decking above.They provided a great service and price. Our lesson learned - we should have asked them to also do the detailed interior design, as this would have saved us a lot of hassle of us trying to work things out for ourselves (light positions, sockets, radiators etc). Trying to work this out mid-build is hard!!Highly recommend!
