Last summer me and my Mum went to Southend and we never experienced any disruption.Really wished Thameslink was this reliable.

Trains pretty much always to clean enough standard (during daytimes at least, but obviously only cleaned at end of line, and late night, people feel it's ok to leave takeaway packaging etc all over the place like they're at a restaurant with waiter service...)Toilets kinda 50/50 if they're in service during peak hours.

They have deteriorated 3 fold in 2 years so not even 1 star unfortunately. Its a shame that used to be the best and we used to feel proud travelling with them and they are now rated among the bottom few.

Good service but can’t always be reliable as when we left the station it said last train was at 11 but then we arrive at the station before and there was a sign which said last train was at 10:50. They have delays rarely but when they are it is only 1 or 2 minutes. The stations which it is served to are very clean and very well structured.Quite often though there are a lack of toilets in service at C2C runner stations and on board there services. After all it does it’s main purpose and serves us very well and I am very happy with there service very well done C2C

This is the best ranking I can give. Much better than most other rail services to be fair. However still to many delays and cancellations and travel is so expensive. Also at some stations the wait is shocking for services.

The top rail franchiseWell done Trenetalia for providing a modest and honest service to the customersI would rate this 5 star if it had first class because I work at Tilbury, and I travel every day from Southend
