Absolutely delighted with the repair, overhaul and service given to my 50 year old Singer that my parents gave me for my 21st birthday. It’s working better than I’ve ever known it to. Delighted. I’ve just finished making curtains for an oddly shaped window and I can’t wait to get back to sewing more things. Excellent service, friendly owner, engineers, speedy work and a very reasonable price. Thankyou gentlemen.

A big shout out to these guys! Both Neil and David are kind, thorough and patient and have helped this novice sewer a whole bunch already! A very speedy turnaround too. I cannot recommend them highly enough and will be sure to go to them for all my sewing needs, which will now, thanks to them, hopefully be for many years to come. Thank you so much.

Really poor, and very expensive. Took my Janome in to be serviced and tension fixed. They did not fix the tension, and when my friend took it back for me they just cleaned it and said nothing was wrong with the tension! All this for £80!I've never once had to return a sewing machine unfixed after a service in 40 years. I'm a sewing teacher and he treated me like I knew nothing about sewing.
