Ok this is my first review for any business. Rehma asked me for it and here it goes. RejuvaSkin clinic is amazing and not just me but my sister and mom come here for Laser and Skin care. They have amazing team here.. I used to see Dr Hanson who used to come here from London. Now im with DR Basit who is amazing too. I have had my lip filler dissolved as i went to a cheap clinic just to save some money and that was a lesson to be learned but since i have come to Rejuva i have stayed.

The spa provides outstanding services. She is well informed about the medical aesthetics sector and gives her all to her profession. Karolina is very pleasant and has excellent client skills; she comes highly recommended.

Aisha is so professional and helpful. I've felt comfortable since my first session with her. She's so patient and respectful. I cannot say enough positive things about her, she's amazing! Keep up the good work. They are the best clinic for Laser Hair Removal

This is by far my favorite medical spa in town. The environment is lovely and clean, and the employees are wonderful. I strongly advise you to book with Karolina! She is a joy to work with and is extremely detail-oriented!

I have taken out a package was worth around £900. It’s at Bradford branch First of all poor customer service my first was excellent felt the difference. Follow three I had derma pen and 3 more peel.I was passed on to people to people who had no clue what they were doing I go into clinic get my facial done I’m out the building like 15 minutes later it was rushed I have payed so much money I didn’t get back what I payed for. I even spoken to staff I felt as if though I was ignored throughout my treatment dread going to appointments. They avoided me all cost knowing that how I felt like I just wanted this to be over. Cancel my appointments without giving any notice. Then i was like 10 minutes late it was busy traffic I spoke to someone over the phone to say I’m late she said it ok then I came to the desk she tells me then awe I’m sorry you’re late could rebook the appointment because we are busy hardly anyone was there all the cubicle were free. She could of told that over the phone like horrible. Horrible horrible experience no lie I didn’t get what payed for don’t know what they put on you but hardly anything peel isn’t peel nothing three of my peel were waste what it says on the package. It’s PURE PURE SCAM they trap you take advantage of those who are vulnerable and insecure about themselves don’t waste your money with company find someone.

I dared to be sick and not make my appointment, to be treat poorly by staff. They were very rude citing a cancellation policy when in the next email I was told it was ok because I was cancelling due to illness. So why say anything about the cancellation policy?I’ve been trying to get a partial refund as I don’t like to be spoken to bluntly with unnecessary information and so far have been called the wrong name which I didn’t get an apology for until I pushed a second time to be told CLEARLY they didn’t mean to offend. As if I’m stupid. Then told to calm down and no resolution. Despite the fact I have been calm and only pointing out the poor service I continue to receiveEDIT TO ADD - they will promise to set up a call with a manager and don’t. They continue to ignore you when you ask about this and point out why their solutions are not acceptable. You’ll then receive a snarky message of ‘we are going around in circles’ and continue to be then ignored. Scam

There is no good place for hydrofacial. I hope no one does it there. When I came out, my skin was the same as before. There was no cleansing. she just used a device in a short time. When I got the appointment they said £99 but a girl on the day she did the hydrafacial said £130 .

I went to see Dr. Basit today for cosmetic injections and had a fantastic experience. He's an expert injector. It was painless, and I'm thrilled with the results!
