The Ask my GP online service is a huge win and huge time saver, why physically go and see your GP when most of the time you could explain the problem via phone and just wait for a response.Keeps comfortable seclusion between you and your GP (Not explaining your problems to the receptionist) and removes unnecessary visits when the solution didn't need it.Annoyingly you can only put in requests to your GP when they are physically open which is odd so you need to still be within opening times which feels unnecessary.Otherwise would highly recommend.
