Many thanks Adriana & Komoder Massage Chairs (london), nice showroom and spacing of chairs, with pretty much the full product range to see and try out. Adriana was amazing and answered all my many questions there and then and operated the chairs with a complete demo ^^ lots of options, took me a good while to decide ^^ thanks again!

I purchased the Komoder Focus III chair after visiting their showroom back in December 2022. Stephanie was very patient with me as I tried all of the chairs and she explained the different features of each model. She did everything she could to get the chair delivered in time for my Birthday which was the following week just before Christmas.It was delivered a few days later by two lovely guys, on a Sunday, the day we had a huge snow storm and our village was at a complete standstill. Given the circumstances, they were very friendly & efficient.Any communication I have had with Stephanie has always been quick and she is extremely knowledgeable.If you’re looking to purchase a massage chair, I would highly recommended Komoder. They are stylish, high spec and give an awesome massage!

I believed I am one of the happiest and most satisfied customer of Komoder. I bought the chair a couple of months ago and I rang Stephanie of the sales team about a 'strange' sound of the chair, she immediately followed it up and sent a technician to replace a parts for me. After that, the 'sound' came back again and out of my expectation, Stephanie has discussed my case with the management and they replaced a new one for me. I have used many other brands of massage chair before and NO COMPANY will do this for me. I finally understand what good customer service is all about. Starting from the sales person to the technician and delivery persons .. all of them are extremely helpful with high quality of customer services. I just couldn't find one single thing to complain about this company. I will for sure introduce Komoder to all my friends ... from a very happy customer originally from Hong Kong

We purchased the Komoder Prime massage chair from their new showroom on their opening in June 2013. Stephanie and Alex were very patient with my husband and I as we tried all of their chairs and they explained the different features of each model.It was delivered same day we ordered by two professional guys, on late night despite there had a very busy day. They were very friendly & efficient.If you’re looking to purchase a massage chair, I would highly recommended Komoder. They are stylish, high spec and give an awesome massage!
