So expensive and lied about many things to get you in. So many empty units and it makes sense why. Avoid this at all costs.

The place is situated in the hart of the city as well as student hub and there is constant burst of visitors and tourist the place itself is hygienicly clean and the staff are very welcoming and cooperative and would go an extra mile to achieve excellent in giving the best to there clients. The food distribution Hub helps out a lot with regards to passing the food to the designated rider and confirming there acceptance. The garbage collection is prompt and up to the mark. And security is maintained 24/7 by CCTV cameras. I wouldn’t be much happy anywhere else some time you should pay a little extra for your peace of mind..

DODGY CONTRACTFoodstars DOSE NOT DESERVE A SINGLE STAR!!!! the 5 star reviews left are from deliveroo and uber eats drivers who collect Food from here and been begged by Foodstars. Read the reviews from people rented a kitchen from them .Foodstars is a scam company and will rip you off, very dishonest , expensive, dodgey contract, too many hidden charges. Look elsewhere for a kitchen that's fair.

Anyone wanting to join and trade in the foodstars, THINK AGAIN, tooo expensive ! read the contract line by line there are so many hidden charges you will only see them when your invoiced, new bills will be introduced when you start trading, they make you trapped here by taking £4000 deposit!! There are lots of dark kitchen around here that's fair.

I have seen a lot of irrelevant 5 star reviews here. As business owner here been trapped with £4000 deposite، thought I could help them who wants to join foodstar. These 5 star are relating to the business owner here working 7 days here to pay their bills for the business. To those who wants to join THINK CAREFULLY! alot of dark kitchen around where you can pay half of the bills of here. High rent high bills including VATs. After almost 8 month here I struggle to pay the bills and paying out from our own pocket.Foodstar have variable energy bills policey where they can't achieve their forecast they increase your bills as much as double to achieve their forecast for their business interest. What we witnessed 9/10 business owner gave up within 3 month. Means you lost the deposite and plus other invest. Within 8 month we have lost almost 25,000 grand plus no wages earned. I am not someone just joined the the food industry, I have been in food industry for 20 years and I have opened a lot of businesses successfuly. Here we only work for the bills.

AVOID AT ALL COST!!!Contract keep changes every month while you signed the contract for a year. Dodgy people you have never met. I witness myself every month people are coming and going out from here. Bigenners who are not branded, no chance can survive here with the expenses. Utilities have so much hidden charges. You have your own meter but it is been locked up and you are not allowed to see!!!

DO NOT RENT A KITCHEN FROM THEMI should have ask Why everyone is leaving and they have so many kitchen spaces available.total waste of money And time.I have a small business and signing with foodstar is being a huge mistake!Without mentioning Otter which is even worst. Lack of professionalism from operators that are meant to help you but they don't actually careDo not believe at false promises from sales, all promises just to get you to sign (including profit and loss spreadsheets with misleading figures of potential earnings and expanses)the onboarding process is very nice but do not trust them.Bills are very high!! Only for shared communal spaces" are over £300 EVEN WHEN NOT USING THE Kitchen SPACEWrong invoices

Overall dodgy, Kitchens inside misreporting food collection times for delivery drivers. Overall lack of respect

The place is good the people are nice. It is well run and the staff here are very helpful both Isabella and Eric help me. It’s a professional place to rent a kitchen
