He is always on time, quick to return a call or text, follows up with emails containing links to extra study material, sends reminders and all the other little things that let you know that you are in safe hands and he is committed to your success. Tony Cross did a brilliant job unteaching 35+ yrs of American driving habits and preparing me to pass the UK test.
