After a few mis-communications and over a week later than planned, my asbestos wastage was collected and i genuinely cannot fault the two gentlemen who were extremely friendly and polite and also took some extras which was greatly received!

Waited in 2 days as they were going to try & deliver it a day earlier. Due to the main road being blocked off (6am-12pm) they decided not to divert through the back roads due to holiday traffic, so went west. I phoned twice to get updates as no one could be bothered to phone me & explain.

This was a Septic tank emptying service carried out by Dorian. I would highly recommend this company and must give special thanks to Doran who was polite, friendly and extremely helpful. If there were more than 5 stars I'd give them every one. Thanks.

Terrible Service and ripped off. We were charged a total of £470 for 1 skip. This was a standard mixed 8 yard builder skip. They said it had plasterboard in it, which carried an extra costs. We now use another waste company who is brilliant and only charges us £200 per skip, even when a bit of plasterboard is in it. Cres are a total rip off. Shop elsewhere.

Booked a builders skip from Cres as we were just coming out of lockdown, so not many businesses were picking up the phone. Had never hired one before but assumed they would all be around same price - final bill for one skip for less than a week was nearly £550 ! Checked with other companies (after paying this inflated price) and found that no one else charges for excess weight. These people are a rip - off , also inefficient.

Excellent Customer Servicephoned around the 2 local main skip companies and was quoted the same price. Having used Cres maybe 10yrs ago and happy with the service I went with them again... Skip turns up on time, Phoned at 11:00 the following day and made a request for the skip to be changed that afternoon. Didn't really expect it to happen as it was friday but it did (driver very pleasant). At the time of writing this I have just come from their office having attended to plead, please pick my skip up within the hour as I have blocks being delivered and haven't much space on my drive. Within 15mins a driver was at my address collecting the skip Admittedly I live approx. a mile from their office. First class service all round.

A few little hiccups on changeover from Acr to CRES for our waste removal, but all in all, great staff, great service and very friendly, helpful and competent drivers. We'll worth the money. Their service always makes our life easier running our business. Thank you

Such a shame. Thought local would be more convenient. Hired a skip but it showed up later than booked delivery date meaning I’d had to delay clearing my property and stay home for two days. When I’d filled the skip I called to have it collected. Was told that someone would call me back to book in. Three phone calls to Cres over a two week period and I still have a full skip in my drive! Why don’t you want to pick it up???

Awful company. Please shop elsewhere and note their phone number, as they operate under many different names due to bad reviews (ACR, Joes Skip Hire and CRES). Customer service is non-existent, they did not show up for my first booking and did not contact me to warn me or rearrange. Second booking, I asked friends to take time off work to help me with the removals and again, it was a no show. I called them and they were uninterested and bored. No apology. You cannot rely on this company. Shop elsewhere
