Allure is a superb hair salon with a relaxed atmosphere, which is open 7 days a week. The team have a very professional attitude and are very knowledgeable and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others.

I have been going to Allure since it opened and have always been extremely happy with the service they provide. All of the girls have extensive experience and knowledge and are a very happy and friendly bunch. Dionne works wonders with my hair and I'm always over the moon with what she creates. I would recommend Allure to everyone.

I’m a loyal customer of Allure and a really lovely woman called Gill does mine and my daughters’ hair all the time.But unfortunately, what caused me to leave this 1 star review is a recent occurrence. Last week I called to get my 16 year old daughter’s hair highlighted and they told me that it was illegal and that they will check with their boss whether it would be allowed. They never got back to me so today at 12:15 I called. I asked again and they said that they could do my daughters hair. When I asked why I was told two different things, the lady proceeded to ask me whether I was sure that my daughter is 16? Then she proceeded to say that they need to check with the boss whether it would be allowed even though 2 minutes prior it was perfectly fine. Then she told me to lower my tone in a rude manner when I asked why it was now not allowed and she hung up the phone suddenly. This is appalling customer service as I didn’t have a tone. I was just curious as to why I was told multiple different things. The customer service was terrible. As a customer I’m not meant to be essentially begging and pleading to get my daughter’s hair done. I unfortunately don’t know the name of the lady who answered.Allure has now lost me and my daughters as customers as well as all my friends who currently go there as I will be spreading the word of this terrible customer service and lack of basic human decency.
