Canopy Skatepark

What a beauuuutiful place. the smoothest of smooth. I didn't skate but had a good look, felt the vibez and admired the excellent crisp selection!

Epic little gem tucked away in the south corner on the Isle of Wight. Lovely wooden indoor park that's well looked after and clean. With multiple sessions over the day.Also for those that want to stay a while longer. There is a fantastic site to pitch a tent or for those that want to. Bell tents for the glamping experience.Clean toilets. Showers and fresh water on site. A lovely place to chill in the evening in the fire pit and a really dark sky to look at the south coasts protected near dark skies.Hamish the guy that runs it is a true gent and couldn't do more to accommodate us in our visit. Will come back again and again.

BRILLIANT experience at the skatepark! Our daughter attended an instructor led session during our holiday and LOVED IT! She desperately wanted to come the next day and so we squeezed it in before the ferry home! The instructor was utterly excellent. Clearly passionate about skating and imparting that passion and knowledge in others. He gave us lots of advice and support too. THANK YOU! We just wished we live nearby :-)

The best skatepark EVER" as quoted by my daughter. Went here on our holiday. Booked an instructor-led session. Hamish was very patient with all the skaters and gave them all adequate time 1 on 1. Was so good we booked another session in before our ferry home in the morning. Will be going back again for sure next time we are on the island. I will spread the word about this little gem. Best skate park on the Island. And probably the best indoor park in the south! It's designed and built for skateboarders, by skateboarders. It's great for beginners and advanced skaters. Nice vibe from the team who run it too. Cant wait for the rails and ledges to be installed.

Had the best hour and a half with my two kids whilst on holiday. Hamish was patient and encouraging and they both came away with so much confidence. The facility is awesome, a proper skatepark, thats not intimidating but encourages you to push a little bit more each time. Quality throughout! We’re booked again whilst we’re here, easily the best value for money experience I’ve had anywhere. Wish I was a kid again, I’d be booked up at the skate camp! Bravo Canopy!

Visited Isle of Wight for a week's holiday, my 8 year old really loves skating so we decided to take a look. Hamish was brilliant from the word go, he recommended we had a lesson, to which I joined in on as well. The lesson was fantastic, Hamish would look at your skills and push you based on your current skill level, very patient and really good with my son as well as other children having a lesson. The Park itself was really well designed and kept tidy and in great condition. A great place to visit come rain or shine, if we're visiting the Isle of Wight again we'll definitely book some more sessions.

We (a family of 5 - 3 kids age 5 to 9) have just spent the last 5 days and nights at Canopy. In the words of my 9yr old This is the best holiday I've ever had".We skated every day

Came here for an adult skate instructor lead session. Hamish was SO helpful and enthusiastic. Its a perfect learning environment and we had a great evening. Thanks Hamish. We will definitely be back!!
