Milk & More Polegate Delivery Hub

This company really is a joke ..Out of date Milkshakes repeatedly delivered, thilthy produce dumped on your doorstep in the middle of the night, loose lids that let bacteria into your milk, thumb prints left in the damaged depressed lids, this explains the often gone off cheesy smell/taste. Half of the delivery NOT delivered, repeated complaints are ignored, over and over again, this is the local depot for Uckfield Milk & More deliveries. So unprofessional.....OR is it in fact, the delivery driver ( doorstep milkman ) who is actually at fault on all these occasions ??????

Sadly after a good couple of years of successful service from Milk and More our new delivery driver has zero respect for us or our neighbours. He speeds up the street, he stomps up the drive, slams the bottles down and stomps back to the van, and races off. Sometimes there are even loud conversations between two people. We have tried giving a gentle and politely written letter with a little treat and we have tried complaining to milk and more. No one seems to care and that is evident in the more recently written 1 star reviews. Other than going out at 2 in the morning and having it out with the milkman in a sleepy rage, the only other option was to change to hook and son. What a shame!!!!

The recent changes of not allowing the elderly to order things unless they have Internet access or family/friends to teach them is completely out of touch with reality.This company chooses to punish the most vulnerable customers who are the main reason the business is able to exist in the first place.

Only first two milk deliveries were on time. After that milk is being delivered very late, when I am at work or not delivered at all. I've complained about it on webchat, received an online voucher for five pounds...which is no longer valid. Webchat staff replies with copy paste ready sentences, like robots. Products were nice, fresh and tasty but I sadly do not recommend the company because of very poor quality of customer service. At least refunds come on time.

Delivered to wrong adress, online chat is off and no one answers the phone, rubbish customer service

Dreadful customer service, have been a regular customer, but then deliveries of milk started arriving after midday only way of communicating is via phone or freepost (dark ages) and when you do get through they really don't care about the customer. Unfortunately looks like we will just cancel milk order.Such a shame.

Was with milk and more for 6 months with only 2 successful deliverys to my door, but after finding a metal drill piece in my delivered milk, containing customer service and being told we will investigate have a nice day!!! Like robots every time

morrisons is casos with work going on in the store they decide to move everything around and half the goods have no price on very unprofessional hastings

Do not even attempt to get to this in a hgv, flt driver full of attitude and refuses to bring the pallet to a safe loading place without you smashing into anything yourself.
