An awesome experience!Molly made you feel welcome, comfortable & relaxed. She was knowledgeable & informative on different treatments and certainly got my stiff shoulders back to feeling much better. It was a very pleasant and calming massage using hot rocks & I got to bring them home to use again!

I cannot fault any of the staff or treatments.I have had BIAB nails, eyebrow tint and wax, massage, facials and pedicures.The staff are friendly, listen to you and have a good chinwag. They all have their areas where they thrive and I find myself returning more and more often!

Nicola was welcoming and knowledgable. She listened attentively to what I was looking to achieve form my massage and catered to my needs. Following the treatment she gave my advice on how to reduce the tension. I felt at ease throughout and will definitely return!

Visited for the first time yesterday, I chose the pick & mix offer, my treatment started with an oil & salt body scrub followed by the back, neck and shoulder massage, Maddie was excellent throughout, my skin feels & looks amazing, the massage worked a treat on shoulders & neck. Already booked my next treatment.

We had the most amazing time at Elements on Saturday. I was lucky to have Lavinia as my masseuse for the treatment who was super attentive and came across as genuinely interested in making our experience as relaxing as possible.I received a full body massage from Lavinia, who ensured I was comfortable and the pressure was right for my needs. For me, she had the right balance between light humour at the beginning of the massage and knowing when conversation wasn't needed so I could thoroughly enjoy her work. My back feels amazing now and I can honestly say it was the best massage I have ever had (and that is coming from an avid spa/massage attendee).Thank you so much Lavinia and the rest of the Elements team. My husband gave me a voucher for a back, neck and shoulder massage and today I cashed it in. It was amazing! I have been having neck pain for about 6 months and she could tell as soon as she started. Afterwards I felt so chilled! I have booked to go again in a month and I cannot wait! Thank you so much!
