I had a fantastic time on the Understanding Commercial Patterns course. Annabel is immensely knowledgable and I learned exactly what I wanted to learn (and more) and came away with new confidence and inspiration for future projects, as well as heaps of resources. Annabel was so helpful when I wanted to adjust a lot aspects of one of the patterns, and I learned so much about sewing patterns in general. Can't wait for the next course!

I have been on a couple of sewing courses now with Annabel. I had never used a sewing machine before (not even in school) and we had a one on one lesson where she was so lovely and patient and helped me all the way and by the end of the session I had my very own baby outfit for a gift for a family member. I loved the class and the teaching style so much I have since been back and learnt to make leggings and tshirts with Annabel and my kids love wearing the mummy made clothes that she has taught me to produce which has led me to buy my own machine and have every intention of booking myself on some adult clothing courses and her eco classeThe environment is clean and fresh. Refreshments are free flowing. Advice and guidance provided after the class too. I couldn't recommend highly enough. Such a professional yet relaxed experience!!

I recently did the appliqué class with Annabel and had such a fun evening. I learnt some great new skills and I can’t wait to try them again. Annabel is such a great teacher, she can explain things in lots of different ways which is useful for those of us that learn differently. She also showed us 2 methods for appliqué both which work great but give you the options depending on your machine capabilities and also what you find easiest.Thanks so much Annabel

I loved every session in my 6 week Kids Pro clothes course. I made my son two pairs of trousers, couple of beach bummies, t-shirt, hoodie and a sleep suit/ romper. With the skills I learnt I was able to go home and make another hoodie more beach bummies. It's helped me feel more confident sowing with an overlocker. I've learnt lots of new places to get patterns from and learnt more about sowing with stretchy materials - it's really not as hard as I thought. Annabel is the best teacher I've met and I can't wait to do my next course. Thank you!
