Very bad service! I locked out many times and waited a lot for someone to come and open the door. They fixed the flat door after 1 week. They sometime didn't clean the kitchen and their excuse was just the lack of staff. They don't care about your problems. They changed the lock system of the room doors but they left the rooms very dirty. To sum up, you pay a lot but get terrible service.

It has a good location, but I don't think the service is the best. The room is not perfect. And I can't find the receptionist during the work time!!!! The worst reception. :(

One on the best location to live in Bristol. You will be living Just at the heart of Bristol from where Harbour side, Park Street and city centre is at the walking distance.

Extremely bad service here. The only perk is that it’s in the city centre. But the staffing is poor and reception is understaffed. No one responds to the calls. The lifts don’t work 4-5 months completely. Huge regrets for choosing this place to live during masters.

This place is an absolute nightmare. Mice problem on every floor, constant cold water problems and the assistance for COVID isolating students is disgusting. No laundry access for two weeks or help with maintenance issues. Being locked into a contract during these times is absolutely criminal.

Initially living was good albeit an older building. However, certain issues, such as the kitchen fan and vents as well as the mice problems were never addressed for some flats. Additionally, with the entire covid problem the reception and unite students group for Chantry has been exceptionally unhelpful in terms of mail and addressing problems. There was no benefit for staying in this student accommodation versus staying in a private accommodation. Lastly, incoming residents should be aware that you are next to the Hippodrome (theatre) and the noise every morning as they are dragging glass bottles will wake you up like clockwork.

Overall experience at this accomodation is not recommendable. A lot of noise from the outside (every Friday, I cannot sleep), poor lighting system, relatively small common room.
