If you're looking for a great looking hand made canoe, give Jason a call at Campbell Canoes. I went to have a look at his 12' and 16' canoes after talking to Jason over the phone and he invited me down to try them out. They look even better up close and the finishing touches that Jason gives to his canoes make them very special. There was no pressure to buy and I was able to try both canoes on the river right outside Jasons workshop. It was a pleasure to meet Jason, and his dog Nova, and I would encourage anyone looking for a canoe to give Campbell Canoes some consideration.

I absoluely love what Jason is doing at Campbell Canoes. His canoes look wonderful. Whilst I am saving for a new Campbell Canoe I bought a hoody and t-shirt. They arrived along with a lovely note welcoming me into the Campbell clan and with a sticker too! Always a sucker for a sticker! The clothes are amazing quality and the hoody is the best I have ever had! Now back to saving up for the canoe!

I have just received my 12ft. Campbell canoe and am absolutely thrilled. It is such a beautiful piece of artistry that I am proud just driving around with it on my car! I just made my first launch in the Mawddach estuary, and can safely say I am the happiest and most stylish paddler out there ;) Thank you so much, Jason for keeping me posted in every step of the process and for your expertise in creating a truly unique and versatile boat. I look forward to years of wonderful paddling ahead.

As an experienced canoeist and industry professional, it’s great to see such lovely boats being made in my hometown. I paddled the 12’ demo and am looking forward to a more traditional 15’ coming out soon! These boats are very aesthetically pleasing and paddle beautifully.

I tried out one of the Campbell Canoes on the river Lea at Jason's workshop and I can certainly recommend them. I'm a beginner and I have been using an inflatable for the last couple of years.In comparison to my inflatable the Campbell Canoe seemed to handle and glide through the water so much better, as well as looking incredible in the sunlight with all the wood detailing. I can't wait for the delivery of my own version next year!

I purchased a Campbell Canoe Hoodie just before Xmas. It arrived magically on Xmas eve and I can say with confidence that it is the best quality ‘hoody’ I have ever worn. Warm, well made with extra attention to detail in the pocket and cuffs / I can only imagine (for now) what the canoes are like!

So happy with our canoe. Amazing detail and craftsmanship. The kids absolutely love it too. We've been on a few paddles and can honestly say there is nothing I would change about it. its an amazing experience seeing the water from a different point of view. The canoe itself is so well thought through with amazing webbing, handcrafted beautiful wood innards and a front and aft ropes. simply couldn't fault it and looking to creating more memories going forwards.

Took my Campbell Canoe out on the Waveney River in Norfolk for the first time at the weekend. Absolutely love this canoe, beautifully crafted, sits comfortably in the water, extremely stable and cuts through the water amazingly. It’s got such a beautiful finish as well (got lots of comments throughout my trip), would highly recommend them!

Jason gave me the use of one of his canoes for the day and, being a canoe and kayak instructor with several years paddling experience, I can say I had an amazing experience with Jason's Canoes.The craftmanship is beautiful. The one I used in particular was of fibre glass body and wooden gunnel finish, making it brilliantly light and durable at the same time. The handling was superb, being both manoeuvrable and very stable.To top it off, he is a really friendly guy. I'll definitely be calling by again when I'm in the area.Cheers Jason!
