Pilates with Sol in Hampstead and Crouch End
Sol is such an excellent instructor! I’ve been going to her classes for 3 weeks now and I find her absolutely amazing! She focuses mainly on core and hips work out as these are really important in correcting our posture. I’ve had right shoulder back pain for a while because of my wrong posture at work but Sol taught me the correct exercises to do everyday and I felt better now. The vibe and energy I get from her classes are also really great. She’s very joyful and her classes are so fun to attend, would strongly recommend to try her pilates class!

Sol is great and very energetic, I love her enthusiasm and care. She shows you how to stay active and adapt the most effective postures for optimal muscle engagement. After her classes I feel a great sense of achievement, 100% recommended !

Sol is absolutely fantastic. I have been going to her Pilates class for over a year. She makes it fun, happy and also ensures we work hard. I always feel fitter and healthier when I do her class, and am always disappointed if I have to miss a week. I highly recommend her as an instructor!

Sol is a fabulous instructor and her classes are fantastic! Every class is different and you never know what's coming next which keeps them interesting. I only started Pilates during lockdown and I feel so much stronger and flexible than I did before and I cannot recommend Sol highly enough. I look forward to my virtual classes twice a week!

Sol is a fantastic instructor. Her classes are tough but also really enjoyable thanks to her lovely personality. She’s always happy, upbeat and friendly.
