Great, no fuss service highly recommend

I would have given it a 5 star but I think it took a tiny bit too long. Reviewed by an 8 year old.

Asked for a quote for a qashqai 1.5 for rear pads and discs, they wanted to charge me £300 no way,absolute RIP off. Not even worth 1 star

Outstanding service. My new “go to” place.They understand cars and the quality is excellent.

Marked a failure on my car to get business. Took it to a proper MOT site (one which only does MOTs and not repairs) and they said there was nothing wrong with it. Advised me to report to DVSA.

Nice friendly helpful staff

Went to collect the car after spending over £900 with them and one of the new tyres was severely damaged and not fit for road use. Simon the manager told me it wasn’t their problem and lied about what they could discuss due to GDPR (luckily for me my partner has worked in GDPR for 15 years in the financial sector and was prompt in informing them that they were misinformed and breaking the law).They were reluctant to provide us with any contact details to escalate the matter.Currently can’t use my car while I wait for their complaints department to pick up my email. Having to get taxis to and from work.Not ideal in the build up to Christmas but hopefully their complaints department can help me and additionally provide the Gateshead staff I spoke to with the appropriate basic training in tyre fitting and customer service to get them up to standard.Won’t be using again.

Had a tyre blowout opposite the garage and they would not help as they were too busy.Most unhelpful staff and prepared to leave me stranded. Had to call a different garage to come out to provide a new tyre.

Serviced my vehicle very happy with the service although a phone call to say it was done would of been appreciated

First time I went here I thought it was great and good service, I went today to get my tyres put back on and winters off they took off the winters and told me that my other tyres were not drivable, however when they sent me home with them to store after they came off they never said they wouldn't be able to go back on otherwise why would I store them for months I left, went yo three other tyre places that said they could put them back on but I'd need new in a few months at ATS they just refused to put, them on if three other places all said the same thing I'm inclined to believe the three out of one, they also told me my back tyres are bald when they are not, the other tyre places said my back tyres will be fine for months and might need to be changed around November time, I wouldn't go back to ATS as I feel they tried to take advantage of me being female by telling me I need 4 new tyres when I booked in for my winters to come off and the ones they took off and gave me to store back on
