Hello All,I would like to whole heartedly thank B2B Heating & Boiler Installation Ltd and their team for the professionalism shown from start of the job to end. Their expertise, efficiency and honesty are very credible. My boiler installation had a few complications as to the piping due to restricted space in the kitchen area, however despite all odds Haider and his team professionally did an outstanding work to install the boiler, its piping and the state of the art Google Nest thermostat :) and also the paperwork relating to the safe installation of boiler with a swift issue of the relevant gas safety certificate! All I can say, is a big Thank You and your Company. Keep up the good work guys! Cheers!!!

Claimed to have fixed my boiler back in March. It wasn't fixed. Messaged him about it and he said he'd come by but...never heard back again. Would not recommend. Cost me £508 for nothing.

B2B did a great job installing a new thermostat and then repairing another problem with the boiler they encountered while fixing the thermostat. They were professional and reliable and went out of their way to get the parts in quickly and make sure I wouldn't be left without hot water and heating over the weekend. Would recommend!

These guys were great, I would definitely recommend them. They gave us a quote for a new boiler to be installed on a Friday, and installed it on Monday. We were kept informed of progress, and consulted when there were decisions to be made. They did exactly what they said they would, at the agreed time.

From the moment Haider came to give me a quote to complete our boiler installation I knew that I wanted him to complete the work. He was on time, professional, explained all the options, took detailed notes about the work to be carried out and came back to me with a quote quickly. His price was very reasonable and extremely good value for money because his work is impeccable! He gave great advice along the way but of course left all decisions down to my husband and I so we could work within our budget. During the process we asked Haider to also run a new water line and gas line to get rid of exposed pipes and I am so happy we asked because the pipes are now all hidden away and even thought the pipes will not be seen the work is so neat and tidy! I couldn't recommend Haider and his team any more, if you are looking for a certified boiler engineer who will have your best interest at the heart of the project then Haider is the man for the job. They came round the next day, provided a very reasonable no-obligation quote and we had our new boiler and pipework installed within the week. Haider and his team have just done a fabulous job installing gas central heating (a new boiler and radiators) at my flat, which was previously electric-only. We chose him because, unlike the other firms who quoted, he spent nearly an hour at the property, measuring up, taking photos and even advising on the placement of the new (external) gas meter. He worked long hours to get the job done and made regular video calls to show me how the work was progressing. The new radiators look great and I'm very pleased - would highly recommend B2B.
