When looking for an architect to draw up plans for our extension we were recommeded Monika Ryan at Building Plan Design Ltd. From the start of this project we were faced with complications and changes because we live in a conservation area. We have used architects before but never has anyone been as thorough as Monika. She is professional, friendly, prompt and was with us every step of the way, changing plans, contacting the Council, chasing relevant people. She went over and above helping us. We thoroughly recommend her services without question and would use her again without hesitation

I contacted Monika to help design and plan our two storey house extention. Not a small job as adding a new kitchen, dining room, utility, 2 extra bedrooms, another bathroom, and works to the existing house too.She came to us, and was lovely to deal with. We talked things through and then she took my original idea and made it into something so much better. I wanted a significant terrace extension and Monika at BPDL advised me and made all the necessary arrangements and drawings required to allow my terrace extension to go ahead. This included the full planning application and a subsequent amendment to the drawings following a minor change to the design. Stopping up was also required for this extension and the application was made by BPDL. Excellent service and I highly recommend BPDL for the work they did for me.

We are looking into removing one of our internal walls and needed a professional advice. Monika was recommended to me and i know why, she help me submitting a planning application for a driveway and i didn't know where to start. She prepared the drawing and submit the application for me.
