I regularly use Excelsior Cars for airport pickups and cannot fault them. They are consistently reliable and efficient. It is very easy to make a booking, super helpful people to talk to if the booking needs to be updated and have a team of friendly, courteous and dependable drivers. Particularly helpful when flights are delayed at short notice, knowing that you have a reliable driver to contact and who is on it! I am not sure I would want to use anyone else now!

Very happy with my recent bookings with Excelsior Cars. They drove me from Birmingham to London and back again a few days later. Simple online booking process, cars arrived bang on time, excellent drivers, very comfortable trips. Both drivers were very friendly and polite. I did not get the name of the outward driver but my return journey was made with Amo who was exceptionally pleasant.

Incredible service!! My principal was delayed arriving into Birmingham and Excelsior waited nearly an hour even when asked to leave the drop off zone. Efficient, reliable and flexible service with an easy online booking system. Highly recommended! Will definitely use again

Amo, was great! My flight was delayed and so were bags. He was patient and kind while waiting and helping me navigate the airport pickup situation. He drove safely and got me to my destination safely. He’s also a kind soul and I would book with them again and highly recommend this service.

Fabulous car service! Kabir met me easily at the airport and helped me get my bags to the car. We then drove three hours, bless him, from Birmingham to Wales. He had helpful things to say and knew a good deal about England as I’m new to this area. I slept a good amount thanks to jet lag, and he was very accommodating with that and kept the driving smooth. I had a very comfortable nap. I appreciate the service very much as I know it’s probably not a normal thing to drive this far out! Overall a lovely experience and will definitely use the service again!

It was easy to get a quote online and they were really helpful on the phone when I had a question about the booking. The booking was made quickly and a clear confirmation email received. The driver contacted me with his details before our flight, and again when our plane had landed to arrange a meeting point. Our driver, Amo, was really friendly, the journey was comfortable, and he even offered to wait to make sure my car started, having been parked up for a while!

I've used this company twice, and would highly recommend.Their communication with you and reliability is what sets them apart. The peace of mind it gives you, especially when you have an awkward pickup or drop off time is well worth the price (which, whilst slightly higher is still very competitive - certainly less than a missed flight!).I'll be using them for the forseeable future.
