Fame has cared for Ray for a while with Dementia but he is now dying from a terminal cancer that is disfiguring his face and causing painThe staff are going above and beyond their duty. They are kind and polite and very caring to my husband and myself. Always coming in with a smile and a happy good morning.

We had lovely Amy, nothing wrong at all, was beyond what we expected, Amy and my grandad got on like a house on fire laughing and giggling just what we as a family needed. If you anyone gets amy your very lucky! Thanks Amy best wishesYou will be missedThe Taylors

Brilliant company to work with, Staff are very helpful and friendly.

My Mother had Fame 24 Hour Care as her carers during her last couple months of life (she had aggressive lung cancer & renal failure) They are an excellent company, always at the end of the 'phone. Management will try to accommodate any requests you ask. Care staff are very helpful, considerate, and have the patience of Saints! Two staff in particular are worth a mention, they are Arif & Adil, they were outstanding, they both showed great empathy, dedication, and caring qualities, and showed a real human nature and were very upset at the fast paced deterioration of my Mother in the latter stages of her life.Thank you to all at Fame 24. I am really pleased with the care i receiving from the carers. i have had male carers from a different cultural background to mine, but they have always been really respectful and caring towards me.
