Bought a fridge freezer and had it fitted by John. Clearly a knowledgeable and experienced tradesman. No messing about....he delivered as promised, on time, providing really good value for money. I would recommend him any day.

Very honest, friendly and reliable.When I told him the problem I was having with my American style fridge freezer over the phone he explained the possible causes of my fridge problem over the phone and what it would cost me. Turned up exactly at the time he specified and fixed the issue within an hour, with no hidden / extra costs even the call out fee was very reasonable if he could not have fixed the problem. I did get a few quotes for my fridge freezer problem before phoning J Refrigeration Ltd and the prices were ridiculous...I could have brought a new fridge freezer for what they were charging. I enquired on their website about fixing my dads fridge. I had a fast response. They knew exactly what the problem, and required fix was from my description, allowing an accurate quote. He was very quick and professional from what my dad told me.

Came out within a few hours of our call, which was during the lockdown. Our fridge freezer had stopped working altogether and we would've had to wait 3 days for a replacement. He was able to replace the compressor straight away without having to wait for parts. Quick, friendly, knowledgeable service.

Woke up and found our American fridge freezer wasn't working no power. Worried about the food inside going off I rang a few companies who couldn't get out the same day. Was referred to John from a company in Walsall and he managed to squeeze us in his diary and came out fixed it within 4 hours of us calling him. Fantastic service, fitted us in last minute, extremely knowledgeable, actually managed to diagnose the problem over the phone by just asking me a few questions and the freezer, this meant he was able to attend the next day with the correct part needed and it was all fixed within an hour and at a very reasonable price.
